Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original, unopened packaging.

• Eligible Items: Due to laboratory safety and hygiene standards, items that have been opened, used, or exposed to liquid/samples cannot be returned unless verified as defective.

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your pipette arrives damaged, missing components, or failing calibration, please report it within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement, repair, or full refund.

• Return Process:

  1. Contact customer support with your order number and issue details.

  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and shipping details.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
