Return & Refund Policy
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original, unopened packaging.
Eligible Items: Due to laboratory safety and hygiene standards, items that have been opened, used, or exposed to liquid/samples cannot be returned unless verified as defective.
Damaged or Defective Products: If your pipette arrives damaged, missing components, or failing calibration, please report it within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement, repair, or full refund.
